WHAT
Do you want to do something good for yourself and do you want to try something new and unfamiliar? In two eventful workshop days you learn the basics, the health method founded by the Dutchman Wim Hof - the ICE-MAN. A method that invites you to live better. Breathing exercises, focus training and bathing in ice are on the program. The workshop is suitable for everyone – especially for beginners who want to experience the cold element again.
WHERE
The event takes place in the Zen guest house in Sonnenbühl. The recreation area close to the city offers everything the Wim Hof / nature / mediation lover desires. Surrounded by trees, it is about a 4-minute walk from Uetliberg train station and 20 km from downtown Zurich.
