Do you enjoy a dip in a frozen mountain lake? Join us for the first ever winterbath daytrip to the stunningly beautiful lake Cauma.

WHAT
A day trip to lake cauma (Google Map) near Flims. In a friends-among-friends manner we travel together from Zurich and/or meet directly in Flims at the bus station. Short hike (ca. 25min) to the lake. I will guide the group and provide information and guideance on the art of icebathing 🙂 We go for a polar bear bath together, warm-up together. No swimming skill required. And end with a nice warm tea in at a nearby Restaurant (Flims) before heading back to Zurich.
Beginners are welcome.
LOCATION
Lake Cauma is the jewel of Flims. It is surrounded by forest on three sides, and contains a wooded island in the centre of the lake where you can relax in complete tranquillity. Particularly striking is the turquoise-coloured and pleasantly cool water.
